Hi Gracie -- thanks for your note. This program and website are so cool, but I think it will take me some time to figure it all out. I'd like to think that my motivation can stay up and my accountability. At least I know that today I'm enthused!

Welcome to the 50+ Females Group! You're going to love it here. You're right - I think our metabolisms expire in the 50's!
There are so many helpful people and if you have a question - just ask - someone will probably be able to answer! Great motivation and lots of encouragement! It's good to have you on board! Good luck on your journey to a healthy lifestyle!
