Walking on the Lighter Side

I have struggled with my weight all of my life. And I'm finally to a point where I think I can get a handle on it. I've dropped 45 pounds since October 2007. It's been a slow and steady progress with lots of learning on the way. I've lost weight before and gained it back. This time I've enjoyed a steady lose with minimal problems or bumps in the road. I love to exercise.....walking, biking, swimming, even a little running. I've completed 2 half-marathons and (2) 5 k's recently.

Thanks for dropping by my page. Things are going OK. I am back at the gym after 9 months off. I have lost 40 pounds with the help of a nutritionist. The weight loss is a side effect. The program was to provide micronutrients and take care of deficiencies. I was really tired and sleeping my afternoons away almost every day. I rarely nap now and I am back to 75% of what I did at the gym before. Slowly working up to a full program!
I see you had a fabulous honeymoon. Glad everything went so well.
How did the 30 day challenge go?
