I'm on a mission to lose this weight and to show my clients that health and fitness should always be in one's lifestyle no matter what hurdles may come our way!!!

I have started to eat more fruits and vegetables and am implementing portion control. I have also started exercising again. I do pilates, walking, and strength training.

Okay - so you're suggesting I try and get 1/2 my carbs only from the starchy stuff. So based on the meal plan you gave me before that means approx. 100 carbs from starches and 100 carbs from everything else you listed - correct? I'll give it a try for a month and see how it goes. Why not - it's just a month emoticon
