Hello-thank you for the comment on my blog. I completely understand your frustration too. My sisters asked if I wanted to statr a 12 week bigest loser challenge with them so I weighted myself for the first time in weeks. It was my highest wight ever! its definately time to get serious and figure out motivators or what is holding us back. I think the diet buddy is a good idea. Glad to see you're back and sparkin'! I find the best way for me is to be accountable and track my food and fitness. I haven't been doing that lately and haven't been losing, either. Iíve belonged to a lot of teams here on spark-- i really do believe that the Emotional Eaters team is one of the very best, itís a great group of people- very supportive and encouraging-- and it is very refreshing to talk with people who "get" what you're going through!!

Spark has a lot of great tools, and you will learn which ones work best for you. The best tools are the people tho, always willing to lend a hand, an ear, or a shoulder. Iíve been here for over a year now, and I still am overwhelmed, every day, by the kindness and goodness of others on this team!! That has made a world of difference for me.
