My Goals:
To raise my health awareness while I become the best person I can be for myself and my family is my goal. Envisioning myself at a healthy weight is what keeps me motivated. In the past I have stopped short of my goals. This time, I'm going all the way!

My Program:
I once lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks by staying active with tennis and pilates and consuming a 1300-1500 calorie, high fiber diet. I ate what I wanted, in reasonable portions, and used a diet-tracker similar to SP. I was thrilled with the results! Round 2!

Personal Information:
Tina here, from Wichita KS. , transplant from New Jersey and before that, Connecticut. I have been married to my hero of a husband for 24 years. We have a daughter, 23 and a son, 21. I am passionate about food, writing, life, love and hats!
