I checked out podrunner but I don't know what bpm I would need for my workout. I'm up to week # 5 of Couch to 5K but I will be doing another schedule next week, the jump to 8 min is too much for me right now.

I need a buddy to be accountable to! I'm only jogging 5-8 minute intervals and am on a beginner's running schedule so I'm trying to be consistent to make it to jogging 5K's 5/2. I haven't checked podrunner yet, I will right now!
