Hi Tina! Glad to see you back sparking, strep throat stinks!

When is your 5K? Mine is 5/1, 3 more weeks to go for me I'm starting to get a little nervous b/c I can only run about 2 miles right now so hope I can increase my endurance by then.

Hi Tina! Thanks for stopping by my page and blog! Hey, you can easily catch up with me with that 2 hour spinning class! emoticon I never took one before, I'm wondering how uncomfortable your butt gets, LOL!

Keep doing those intervals consistently and you'll get there! I'm a little worried 2 wks from now doing 12 minutes but gonna do it!

I love spinning!!! Congrats on the 2 hour class ~ this past October I survived a 4 hour spin for the cure (to raise money for Susan G Komen Foundation of Cincinnati)... the bathroom was UP 2 flights of stairs -- LOL! When I was done I just "held it" until I got home!! Spinning is my favorite workout and a real calorie burner to boot!

Congrats on your weight loss successes as well ~ Keep it up! (or should I say down?) :)

HI Tina! Thanks for the comment. I considered that I was biting off more than I could chew, but when it comes to my self-discipline, if I don't jump in with both feet, I get lazy and end up not achieving my goals. I'm trying to take strength from those around me, and I appreciate the encouragement! I am drinking quite a bit more water (even a few days before I started this), and I'm quite proud of myself! Well, happy dieting!
