Keep doing those intervals consistently and you'll get there! I'm a little worried 2 wks from now doing 12 minutes but gonna do it!
I love spinning!!! Congrats on the 2 hour class ~ this past October I survived a 4 hour spin for the cure (to raise money for Susan G Komen Foundation of Cincinnati)... the bathroom was UP 2 flights of stairs -- LOL! When I was done I just "held it" until I got home!! Spinning is my favorite workout and a real calorie burner to boot!

HI Tina! Thanks for the comment. I considered that I was biting off more than I could chew, but when it comes to my self-discipline, if I don't jump in with both feet, I get lazy and end up not achieving my goals. I'm trying to take strength from those around me, and I appreciate the encouragement! I am drinking quite a bit more water (even a few days before I started this), and I'm quite proud of myself!
