I lost 20 pounds last year put 10 ack on so here we are again. But I am here! I wish I would have been consistent back then, if so, I would have most likely have reached my goal weight by now. I joined SparkCoch and aim to get at keast 25 points a day. The good news is my hubby is on his own jurney so I think together we can achieve our goals.

My Goals:
My goals are as follows: to become the person I feel resides on the inside, on the outside, to lose 80 - 100 pounds, to becomse healthier, to be inspiration to and for others!

My Program:
At this time, I am doing the following to meet my long term goals: driniking at least 8 glasses of water, increasing fruits and veggies to 4 - 6 servings a day, drinking milk, taking a multi vitamin, exercising at least 30 mins 4x a day. I started out with 10 - 15 mins.

Personal Information:
I am originally from Canonsburg, Pa, a small town outside of Pittsburgh. It is the home of Sarris Candies. I have lived in the DC/MD areas for over 16 years. I have a wonderful supportive husband and two sons. caleb (20) Cameron (10) and a dog Caesar (5). I am a Sr. Director of Federal Health IT at a software development and professional services company. I am very family oriented and love spending time with my immediate family an sister and aunts. I don't like to exerise but have to change that mindset.

Other Information:
I am a very fun, lovng and family oriented person with great drive and determination in all areas of life. Weight loss has been a challenge for me for years. In 1999 I lost over 100 pounds, with diet and exercise alone, but put it back on over the years as life became much more busy. I have a huge extended family and friends who are very supportive. I have a great job with wonderful co-workers and am over all truly blessed! I just need to make this very necessary change to be more fit and healthy is like a dream to me.

Health wise I have been way off track as of late because of school and such, but I've finally graduated, and this summer I'm ready to put my health and well being first! I am extremely excited, and I'm ready to kick this summer off right! Hopefully I can do it and stay on track! How have you been?
