I'm now over 40 and over weight...My goal is to be 40, healthy and fit. I want to be proud of my appearance. I want to be able to feel comfortable in my own skin...after 40 years I deserve it!
I'm watching my calorie intake and cutting out processed foods.
So far it's working!
