I am ready!

I have been a SparkPeople member for a few years and gained and lost weight.(I actually joined and quit and rejoined in 2008) After the death of my husband I weighed 192 pounds. I was self-medicatiing with food. Its been 2 years and I am 28 pounds thinner with a desire to get healthy. You have to be ready to lose the weight. Its a mindset and this time, I AM READY !!!

My Program:
I started walking a year ago. My friend walk an hour on the beach 6 days a week. I added yoga twice a week. We started doing intervals of jogging and walking just last week! So here is my NEW program:
Walk/Jog 1 hour 6 days a week.
Yoga 1 hour Twice a week
Weight 3 times a week
