Start where you are

I am a young mom and wife. I lost about 15 pounds last summer and gained it and more back over the winter. I am not happy with how I look and Feel. I am going to try hard this time to lose all my extra weight and not fall back into old habits.

Starting weight April 28th 2009= 198lbs.
size 16 jeans are tight


June 19th 2009 = 180 lbs.
size 16 jean are very lose and can fit in size 14 slacks
I have wasy more eneregy and have been jogging , and ...

jan 6 2010= 164 lbs.
now fit very well into a size 12! my pants are very loose! I use wii fit almost always 1 time a week and try to find ways to incorporate excercise into my life! I feel like I am on a plataeu so I am starting today going back to tracking my food. I know I can do this. I feel so much better than I use to and I will not let myself fall back into old habits! I have found wonderful new healthy snacks and meals and have learned portion control, even though sometimes it is hard to stick to the serving!

I have been down to even 158 but I cant keep it off. My desire to eat is so hard to control. And when I watch tv I eat constantly. I have been trying to workout but it is sporadic. I need to really get down to buisness and start counting calories again. This is really frustrating.

My Goals:
I want To be an energetic mom. I want to look good again. I want my husband to want to show me off again. I want to like how I look in pictures again.

My Program:
doing wii fit about once a week. strenggth training twice a week and cardio 3 times a week.

also try to do my cardio as often as possible by doing fun family activitiesd that get us moving!

Other Information:
Trying new forms of recreational excercise.
