    Hey Tim, I was based out in F.E. Warren AFB, WY. My job was missile maintenance. Had its ups and downs. How far into Insanity are you? I think I'm finally starting to get over the soreness, so I'm hoping I can improve as much as I can before the 2nd month kicks off. Where are you based out of?

    My insanity results have been mixed. I lost a few pounds in the first month but gained them back even though I'm creating a calorie deficit. That doesn't bother me too much though, because my body has definitely seen some awesome positive changes that the scale can't measure! Also my cardio endurance is through the roof. I'm suffering some major burn out right now, so taking a few days off before finishing my last few workouts.

    Hi Tim,
    Just read/watched your blog about getting off the scale! I needed that since I am struggling with the scale. I joined Spark Dec. 24th, 2010 and have only lost 2 pounds. I have tracked my calories faithfully since I joined, every bit and sip. Through advice from other sparkers I think I have been eating too many calories, eating on the high end of my calorie range, and not getting enough hard core cardio in. I eat pretty well just too many calories I guess and I have lots of access to tons of fitness stuff, treadmill, dumbells, balls, bands, etc. I think I just need to pick it up a bit and cut some calories. I definitley need to start taking my measurements. I have 3 pairs of pants that are now fitting a lot better so that must be proof that my body is changing. I would rather have a toned body with some muscle definition than be skinny! I love Oxygen magazine and I think most of the fitness models in there look great.
