My Goals:
I am looking to lose some poundage, would like to see 180 again so I can sit on this bag with out the beans popping out.

My Program:
I am enrolled in a Get Fit program with the YMCA. Distance walking & aqua aerobics are the starting point.

Personal Information:
Well, I graduated high school in western NY, did 4yrs in the USAF, acquired some college, retired from American Airlines after 22yrs of service. Now, I am a house dad with two girls in school and a son in college.

Hey Tim:) How are ya? Thinking of you since we got an answer from coach Jen to your question about tracking sugar. Here you go:

Here's the reason you can't track sugar as a nutrient in our database:

On a food label, the sugar listing includes not only refined white sugar, but also fructose (fruit sugar) and lactose (milk sugar). This is why a cup of milk has 12 grams of sugar listed (natural milk sugar), but not one tsp of refined white table sugar. It is very deceiving and confusing, and at present impossible to track. Our dietitian usually suggests that folks track total carbohydrates and keep these in a healthy level, and make a conscious effort to limit sweets, candy, pie, cookies, syrup, jams, pop, etc.
