Finding My Way

I always seem to be looking for something to help me with my weight and my self esteem. So this is the beginning for me and creating my new body, life, and mind. Although this is the third time I have started SparkPeople, I am hoping that this time I will stick with it. Hopefully it will help me to decrease stress and relax more.

Although this is the third time I have started SparkPeople, I am hoping that this time I will stick with it. Hopefully it will help me to decrease stress and relax more.

When I started back to Sparkpeople on the1st of April, I realized I had been down to 195 and am back up to 225. I was so disappointed in myself. It really hurt to see that fact I had allowed the stress of life cause my eating to spiral out of control again.
There was a lot more that contributed to it but overall it was stress. I was so disgusted again...

Now, I am hoping to be near 190 by the end of January. I believe that I can do it, I just have to keep my head up, spirits lifted and focus on the goals I have ahead of me. There are many of them!!

Thank you for your comments on my page and explaining all about you and your journey. My doctor wanted me to get down to 155# first and then go from there, as far as how I feel. Well, I was about 7# away from it at the end of 2012 and.....well, you know the rest! Let's keep pushing and we'll get to our 155# and 140#! Man, if I was 5'4", I'd think I was tall! Ha! Hi Girl and thanks for the friend add and I'll add you right back! It's sounds like you and me are alot alike with our struggles. I've been losing the same pounds since the end of 2012! Ya, sickening, huh?! I see that we're about at the same weight too. How tall are you? I'm 5'2", so pretty short for this extra weight I carry!
