Finding My Way

I always seem to be looking for something to help me with my weight and my self esteem. So this is the beginning for me and creating my new body, life, and mind. Although this is the third time I have started SparkPeople, I am hoping that this time I will stick with it. Hopefully it will help me to decrease stress and relax more.

Although this is the third time I have started SparkPeople, I am hoping that this time I will stick with it. Hopefully it will help me to decrease stress and relax more.

When I started back to Sparkpeople on the1st of April, I realized I had been down to 195 and am back up to 225. I was so disappointed in myself. It really hurt to see that fact I had allowed the stress of life cause my eating to spiral out of control again.
There was a lot more that contributed to it but overall it was stress. I was so disgusted again...
If you look in my photos from Alabama at a friend's bday party in 2007, I was content and happy but most of all, I was loosing weight. That is where I hit 195 lbs!!

Now, I am hoping to be near 200 by the end of September. I believe that I can do it, I just have to keep my head up, spirits lifted and focus on the goals I have ahead of me. There are many of them!!

Hope you are doing well, Hon. I know you want to be back down in that ONEderland and out of those 200s, so just keep going. Avoid sugars and starches as they just spike our INSULIN level and makes use crave more junk food. You can do this. emoticon
