6-26-09 Well thank the Lord that I made it to see 40 what a blessing. Still trying to lose the weight but the most important thing is to be healthy. Each day I'm going to take, a 30min walk and continue to watch what I'm eating. My biggest downfall is junk. Have to be strong and say no to it, until goals are met.***I'm not giving up. My job is offering us 80% reimbursement for using weight watchers. Figure that would be great motivation for me. As well as help out with the total count for how, many we needed to start the class. Well let's just say I'm not happy. Get 34 points daily. I follow their healthy eating guide lines by having my 2 milks, 2 healthy oils, 5 or more fruits/veggies, lean protein and whole grains. Guess what? I'm right back at 270lbs.

So much in thinking, I would be smaller for my 40th birthday. We are already in week 12. At one point, it took two weeks to lose .6 lbs and another two weeks to gain 1.2 lbs. I could give up but won't. So here, I go again. My state of mind must not be where it should when it comes to weight loss. However, I will not be defeated.

In 1992 weighed 225lbs. Lost 55lbs doing diet pills and working out 7 days a week. Kept it all off until having daughter in 1995. After daughter weight 225lbs. Every since then have not lost another pound. But worked my way up to 277 lbs. My daughter is now 13. Not like, I have not tried, but whenever the results don't show then the discouragement would set in. I'll lose 10 and gain them right back. Satan would have me thinking the weight loss could not be done.

I tend to under eat which is not good at all. This builds up the spirit of fear on how I view food. This is a serious stronghold as it keeps me so focused at times on losing weight that my mind is not focused on God the way it should be. Eph 4: 27 Do not give the devil an opportunity. No more, defeat in my life.

It's all about ME!!!! Just kidding. But I will be taking care of me more as I have let that part go downhill for awhile. Last night purchesd the Biggest Loser weightloss Yoga. Can't wait to try it. Besides under eating. I eat the correct foods but no physical movement to break out a sweat.

2nd 10% weightloss=213lbs will get my very first massage every.
3rd 10% weightloss=192lbs will get facial and new makeup.
4th 10% weightloss=173lbs will buy new perfume set
5th 10%weightloss=156lbs will buy a pair of babyPhat Jeans.
6th 10% weightloss=141lbs will buy first pair of leather boots.

My Goals:
To read my Bible daily before starting my day!

Not speak negative words too myself.

My goal is to be 25 pounds lighter by Dec, 09

Do some type of stretching everyday.

Eat meat only once a day.

Cook one vegetarian meal per week.

Find a workout that I enjoy doing.

My Program:
Breakfast- 230-300 cals

Lunch- 330-400 cals plus a salad w/ low cal dressing

Snack- 100-220 cals

Dinner- 360- 460 cals

Dessert- 100-170 cals
Drink coffee 1 time a day if at all.

Drink green tea.

6-8 glasses of water a day.

Taking a Multi Vitamin daily

25 Sit ups morning and night.
