This is It -- Time to be fit!

I am tired of:

Being out of shape
Being kept from doing the things my heart desires because of my weight.

I am tired of worrying about whether or not:

I will be able to fit in a booth in a restaurant
I will be able to fasten the seatbelt in an airplane
The tires would burst if I rode a bicycle

September 2010: Started my journey on the 12th....lost 15 lbs. as of the 1st.

October 2010: Lost total of 20 lbs. as ...

My Goals:
1st Goal: Lose 40 lbs. by Christmas, 2010.

2nd Goal: Lose 80 lbs. by July, 2011.

3rd Goal: Be overweight instead of obese

4th Goal: Be at a healthy weight and BMI

My Program:
I try to stay away from processed foods. I eat 6 small meals a day. I have cut out sugar and white flour and am watching my sodium. I only drink water. I do an exercise DVD for 20-30 minutes 5X a week.
