Working it Out

I've been in shape before. I used to run ten miles per week, and go to the gym for half an hour a day. Then I just fell out of the routine, and between school and the rest of my life, it was hard to get back into it. Well, I'm done with that. I want to get back to the super in shape girl I used to be, and even more, I want to do better and push myself harder than I ever did before.

My Goals:
I want to get down to at least 156 (my weight at the end of my junior year of high school) and to be able to run a 5K.

My Program:
I am dieting, and hoping to start a couch to 5k podcast exercise plan as soon as I can. I've been putting off the exercise, but doing really well on the diet.
