    ahh 25 hour shifts? What do you do? lol

    I'm doing all of my measurements tomorrow. I was scared to do them when I first started but I know how important they are. I know i'll see much more drasticality with those than on the scale and that's going to help my motivation. I'm not doing bad.. but boy it's not easy.

    Sammy stay off the scale. Keep pushing yourself and set mini goals like 5 pounds at a time or 2 pounds whatever, so you can see some results. Don't get discouraged, this is a long journey that wins the race. Make the gym or your workouts your priority. In the beginning I got up at 4am M-F just to get to the gym, because it was that important to me. I gave up sleep, but in the long run my body started to need less sleep.

    Ugh!
    I don't know!
    I feel like i'm doing decent on my calorie intake, but maybe I should eat less even still.. i'm not seeing or feeling results.. I know it's gonna take time, but i'm getting discouraged.
    I consistently was working out for over an hour and a half each day with wii fit, and now my schedule is insane so that doesn't happen often. I'm always on the go at work, and i've started going to a new gym --trying to get there a few times a week, but it's so hard.
    I don't want to starve myself, and I don't want to do it the wrong way--I want this weight to be gone forever, but gosh, it's hard.
    I think i'm going to hold off on the scale for a while.
