Weight Watchers Flex Points mixed with overall Nutrition Tracking on Spark.

Water Aerobics 2x/week
Walking 3x/week


Started this round dieting 3/8/2010 with my first weight loss goal off 18 pounds by start of summer!

Other Information:
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, Champagne in one hand - strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Hi... New month and determined to get my act togher. Cant fool Mother Nature any more NOW is the time to make a difference. I have to get the sugar under control... I do not want to be on Meds..and I don't have to if I just eat right. I also have to get this 200 lb plus weight gone... been over 200 for over 30 plus years...Bad move! Have you moved your marker in a while? How are you doing? Time to tweek up our Health...Let's Go!

Thanks for stopping by my Walking With Leslie blog. I don't feel that I get quite the workout walking with Leslie as I do walking outside, but it was my first time and I only went a mile. Also, I don't have much space in front of my computer, so I was a bit limited in motion. It's still better than nothing, I am sure, and if I would do a two mile walk would be more productive for me.

How is the new grandbaby doing?
