My pulse has dropped from 90+ to about 43BPM (at rest)). I am still looking to lower my systolic to less ...
Hi, Everyone calls me Butch. I have been working on lowering my blood pressure for about 7 years now (fairly successfully). My wife and I work out about every other day. I have dropped about 20 lbs so far, and my overall health seems to be fairly good. Since being diagnosed with high blood pressure, I have dropped from 240/120 to 130/67 (approximately). My pulse has dropped from 90+ to about 43BPM (at rest)). I am still looking to lower my systolic to less than 120. The Dr. says that may not be possible, but I am trying anyway. I'll try to post more later, but for now it's off to the "dreadmill" ;-)
