I am taking the time to put me first. As a mother of 3 busy kids and working fulltime and managing my husband's odd work schedule, it is hard to find me time. I do know that my family functions better when I feel good about myself. In order for me to feel good, I need to make me a PRIORITY!! That is my goal. I am not going to jump in and workout for an hour and only eat "diet" foods so that i can fail in a week or two. I am making small changed that will stay with me and maybe my kids for ...

I've been there. 1999 weighed over 200lb joined WW 2 years later made my goal and I pretty much keep it off until a few years ago when I turned 50 but than I had a knee injury and had to have surgery. Fast forward to now and I almost went back up to that start weight. It's taking me a lot longer this time seems I take a couple off and that's where it stays. It's so much slower this time around. I'm not giving up.
