TIME FOR A CHANGE

I am a 25 year old Nursing student looking to make a healthy lifestyle change. I need to start tracking my cals and working out. I want to lost about 80 pounds. I have been chubby most of my life (since grade 5) I never felt the need to lose weight because I was always accepcted for who I was as a child, but now that I am 25 I want things in my life that I feel my weight is stopping me from achieveing. So I know this is going to be a hard challenging battle but I am going to fight to the end ...

I have come to a point in my life where I am ready to make a change in my weight. No more kidding around. I know its going to be one hell of a journey but its a journey that I know will be worth it in the end!
I want to replace all my bad habits with good healthy ones... One step at a time it is time to finish what I start

My Goals:
-To lose 30 pounds by Jan 1/2011
-To track all my calories
-To increase my veggie and fruit intake
- Be fit and healthy
-one day at a time

My Program:
My workout plan is: cardio for a hour: monday, wednesday, friday and sunday.
Strength training (using my own body weight: Tuesday and Thursday. Saturdays is my rest day.
My meal Program eating 1300-1500 calories a day Drinking 115 oz of water a day.
Cooking all my own food. Not eating after 9 pm. Eating breakfast at 8am, lunch at 12pm, snack (fruit or veggies) at 4pm and dinner at 8pm.


Personal Information:
I am a 25 year old nursing student... I go to school in Ontario, but I am from Montreal. I love helping and caring for people and want to become a NICU nurse after I graduate.


Other Information:
I want to get healthy, gain more energy, be confidence\and truly be happy.

Yes maam! I haven't updated my weight lost but things are going well! I'm still hitting the gym annd going swimming at a family member's pool on days when I don't go to the gym. I guess the newfound confidence worked in my favor as well considering I'm now seeing a new, awesome guy. :) School is well too. So everything is coming together and I am glad that it is for you too.
