Thanks for your support on my blog. I'm eager to talk to my doctor tomorrow. I'm hoping she has a logical explanation why I was not given the info. I'm starting back to exercise tomorrow. I'm starting to feel fat and doughy and lazy. It may help--we'll see if the pain intensifies.

Thanks for the comments on my blog. It is frustrating to believe you are doing everything you should and NOTHING is happening. Well, actually, I do have a bit more energy and pants seem to fit better but that scale keeps taunting me. I put it in another room and am going to try to not look for awhile. I do measurements the first of the month and think that's when I will weigh in.

I'm glad you're going to check out the Fat Loser book. It is a bit harsh to people living in la-la land about getting into their situation. We all did this to ourselves. The author is all about ownership of that and helping you see that you have to work hard to get results and there are no "shortcuts" or pills or fancy ways to get out of working hard and sticking to a low-cal diet.

And I am still considered obese too. I don't feel that way anymore, but I'm still considered obese because my BMI is over 30. I can't wait until I can say I'm only overweight!

Happy Workout Wednesday Carrie! Thanks for commenting on my blog and for all your encouragement. What's fabulous about my February fitness minutes compared to January is that I have loved earning each one. What have you been up to these days? I hope you're able to find some time to take care of yourself while being a busy busy mom. I thought about you the other day when I passed a huge group of fitness moms running, walking, lunging, and squatimg their way down the street while pushing strollers. One mom had a stroller for 3 kids! Well, thanks again! Hope you're having a fabulous week.
