Thanks for commenting on my blog about patience. It is hard to stay positive and patient. Just this morning I thought, I've been eating better...why are these jeans still tight??? Hello, it's been two weeks! It doesn't work that way, lol!

Yes, you DO know what I am going through. Thank you for that input about feeling disconnected from blood family. It's strange... I feel like I've reverted back to an 8 year old these past few days, and am kind of amazed at how quickly my good habits ran for the window. I'm praying the visit goes well!

Thanks for your comments on my blog. I am doing well with food and exercise so far. So, I'm feeling healthier, stronger, and more positive. My concern now is that Negative Nellie in me telling me that I'm going to quit again or I can't do this--never have before. I'm really focusing on the positive and need to keep working on that. I'm loving my fitbit. It really makes me aware of my movement and what I'm doing during the day. I'm not recording my food on there, just using Spark for that. Do you record your food on fitbit? Hope you're hanging in there, too!

So you are using a fitbit, too. I love that it's giving me fitness minutes just for daily steps. Makes me feel better about not exercising. But I'm wiped at the end of the day and now I know why! And it's also motivating me to keep my apartment cleaner. I think, "Well, if I go unload the dishwasher and sweep, that'll at least give me more steps!" So, two-in-one... exercise/keeping the place clean. Keeps me less stressed about fitting in exercise time when I'm exhausted.
