Like many I'm sure, I feel like I've started this journey one thousand times before. Yet, here I am still not at my goal. I'm here to finally take the road that I haven't traveled before. The road that I know I belong on and the road that never ends but is paved with achievements, some failures, and ultimately good health.

I've learned a lot about my body and what seems to work and what doesn't work well for me. So now is the time to put it all into play. ...

Like many I'm sure, I feel like I've started this journey one thousand times before. Yet, here I am still not at my goal. I'm here to finally take the road that I haven't traveled before. The road that I know I belong on and the road that never ends but is paved with achievements, some failures, and ultimately good health.

I've learned a lot about my body and what seems to work and what doesn't work well for me. So now is the time to put it all into play. Time to move down that new road and begin a journey that will only improve, repair, and sustain my good health!!!!

My goal is to lose 20-25 pounds and to become fit and strong. I feel this is the time that's right for me and I have to take advantage of this opportunity.

My Goals:
I've set some recent goals for myself:

1 - To start setting goals (never really paid much attention before)

2 - Reward myself when I reach each goal.

3 - Stop beating myself up when I mess-up!

4 - Lose 20 lbs. and reevaluate from there.

5 - Wear a pair shorts by the end of June!

6 - Wear a sleeveless shirt by August without feeling self conscious about my arms.

My Program:
I eat mini meals every 2-3 hours. I try to include a protein/carb/fat in each meal as best as I can.

Watching my sugar intake.

I'm trying to eat as many whole grain foods as possible.

I'm adding more veggies and fruits per day.

I drink water all day long and coffee twice a day.

My cardio has been mostly my stationary bike lately-----loving it!!!!

Personal Information:
I live in Michigan and have all of my life.

I'm married and have two beautiful kids and of course my dog baby too.






Other Information:
I'm definitely a people person but my friends and family would tell you that I'm addicted to animals. I love, love them!!!!!!

I love to read, paint, and would be lost without my computer.

Hello . . . Hello!! My sparkling hasn't been like it used to be unfortunately. Going to try to get more disciplined again. My hubs wants to try to loose weight and I'm going to try to help him. The desire to is most of the battle. His seems to come and go.

Fur babies are fine. Chloe is good. Doggie boot camp helped a lot. Now it's up to us to keep it up. We don't want her to revert back to old habits.

I'm going to update my winter page with beach pictures as soon as I can. Getting tired of looking at the snow pics too. I think all of that is behind us now.

Hi! Thank you for stopping by my page:)

How have u bin? Work is good. It's nice to finally have a paycheck. But boy it's not very fun to see all my money go out to bills, rent, car payment, student loans and everything else right when I get paid. But that's life.

I was struggling for some time there too. My weight crept up to 197 lbs. yikes!!! But I started weight watchers and I am down to 186, so I'm pretty happy with my progress. I don't want to spend my summer hating what I look and feel like.

I really like the new and revised program. Fruits and most veggies are free-which is how I think it should be!
