After a back injury, I have been told to not do the normal workout activities I was use to doing. The only thing that seemed not to hurt as much was walking. So...I am currently trying to walk my weight down to 200 lbs
Changing my diet to match my calorie burn is my hardest part. And walking is the only activity that dosn't hurt. So eat less and walk more.
