On a mission... again :)

Goals:

Short term Goal 1: 188lbs by 15th February (going skiing, MUST fit into last year's ski trousers!): It's going to be HARD, need to find a buddy to be accountable to and need to MOVE IT and hope for the best!

Short term Goal 2: 182lbs by 29th March (going to Japan)

Mid term Goal 1: VISIBLE difference by 29th March when I go on holiday to Japan

Short term Goal 4: 176lbs by 24th May, might be a bit ...

Goals:

My Goals:
I am really looking forward to not just feeling more comfortable in my body's physical appearance (and not hating having my photo taken) but also just feeling better and lighter in day-to-day activities!

I am a total sucker for biscuits :s This is a problem, they need to be banned from my life :)

Other Information:
This isn't my first time on Spark and each time I plan and hope to stick to it so it's the same again this time I guess... I don't know what I should be doing differently to stick to good habits, I've never been able to pinpoint what makes me unhitch each time so just fingers crossed this time I suppose!
