Yes, slow and steady is the way to go. In fact when I gained the weight back it was an avg of 4lbs a month, so I pretty sure losing it will be the same way. Btw, I read your blog about your family commenting on your weight. I have the same issue. ahahah. Awesome to be filipino aint it? emoticon

Excercise wise, I do 30-45min of interval cardio at the 24hr here 4-5days a wk. I just started the shred yesterday, annnd OMG, my knees hurt like hell after. but, it didn't hurt as much when i did it this morning. Diet wise, I still follow Weight Watchers. I use their points system, but I don't go to the meetings. I like hearing about other ppl's stories. But for $13 per meeting? pfffft to that.

Wow! Stanford?!? that's sooo far. What do you do there? Btw, about the Shred, did your knees hurt too? and if so, what did u do?

i just KNEW when i saw your nickname that you MUST be a fellow DXP. i remember you from my first convention in baltimore, was a MU neo at the time. i didn't know you were from vallejo too!
looks like you're almost done with the shred.
i JUST ordered Jillian's 30 day shred and a couple of her other dvds too. I think i'm going to try her slim-down program that the 30day shred team leader posted.
