My Goals:
My goals are to lose down to 155 pounds and keep blood sugar below 120 and then get it down to 100 where the Dr says it should be. I also need to get my cholesterol down along with my AIC levels and blood pressure.

My Program:
There is no food in my house with more than 6grams of sugar and I am controlling my salt intake. I walk around a salt lake city block every morning and drink a gallon of water every day. I allow my self one diet soda a day and two or three glasses of sun tea no sugar every day. I control my portions by eating till I am no longer hungry which equals up to 1 cup of food total every meal. no snacking!!

well went to Dr. she said I now weigh 171 and have lowered my aic 1.5 points and blood sugar is great, she also told me my blood pressure is down. I am doing a great job and to keep it up!

any help to stick to diet and getting in shape would help. I fall off the wagon so fast then gain it all back. snack junkie.
