Tigli Gets Trim

So for the past few years, I've been battling with the same 15 lbs, losing it, gaining it back, and so on. I'm now back at my heaviest, after getting pregnant, miscarrying, and eating whatever I want. I'm at that point where even my biggest clothes are a little too snug for comfort. So I'm determined to lose those bothersome 15 pounds, and cut an additional 5-10 on top of that. My goal weight is 145 lbs, so I really hope I can get there this time.

My Goals:
My goals are to lose weight, gain muscle tone and lead a healthier lifestyle... pretty generic, but that's what I need.
1. Goal Weight: 137
2. Improve Muscle Tone
3. Improve Posture
4. Eat more healthy, well-rounded meals

My Program:
I know that the keys to obtaining my goal are:
1) Eat less
2) Make smarter eating decisions
3) Stop snacking
4) Start exercising

I do not enjoy exercising, instead, I enjoy: reading, photography, drawing, painting, demolition, beer brewing, and shopping at antique shops and farmers markets

Hey there! If you google "Jay Robb Fruit Flush" there is a great Webmd article that outlines it. They don't recommend it per se... but they do deem it "safe" because you are consuming 900-1000 calories a day. It is not a fast.
There will be tons of links to Jay Robb's website, but if you go through there, you'll have to pay to see the program and webmd outlines it pretty well.
It's 3 days. You won't get sustained weight loss from it, but I like to flush the sodium from my body and kind of hit the "reset button" so to speak... If I've been eating badly or whatever. kicks the cravings.

Let me know if you have any questions. This is my third time doing it and I really like the effects.

Heyyy ladyyyy :) It's cool that you're on here! i love seeing local people using this site- - i've been on it for like 3 years!!!

Thanks for the compliment on my hair- - it was a big change, but i looove it!

and, Jo did a fantastic job- i was super proud of her!!! She's an amazing woman!
