A new "B" for my 30's!

Hello All,
I'am a married proud mother of two boys, 11 & 1. My plan is to practice living & maintaining a healthy lifestyle for my family & I. Everyday that God gives me breath is a day for new beginings & opportunities.

I started w/SP in June 2009, and I must say that it really helps to keep me focused. Thanks everyone for ur encouraging words!

My Goals:
1. Eat healthy daily
2. Fit into a size 10 comfortably by Dec. 20th (My hubby & I have a bet going)
3. Work out in shorts & sports bra.
4. loose at least 10lbs this month!



My Program:
Drink 64 ozs. of water daily.
Eat 3-4 servings of friuts, veggies daily.
Exercise 6x's a wk Slim In 6 at least 4days a week,
Run 3days a wk
Eliptical whenevr I feel like it!

We'll my dear.. the detox I do is all natural...

Thanks for commenting on my photo. I've been cutting down on my portions, making lighter recipes and exercising 3-4 times a week. Its been slow and steady progress. I'm losing anywhere from 1-3 lbs a week. And I'm going to keep at it! emoticon
