I want a Tight Tummy!
38 yr old mom of three...I was an exercise nut for over six months and had not lost a single pound. I knew the only thing left was to change how I eat. I've recommited myself to losing weight a dozen times. I always do great in the begining, then have a set back that turns into an entire back slide. I'm learning to not give up entirely, but to do better the next day/meal. I can't deprive my self of anything or else I end up going overboard when I do allow myself. ...

I've recommited myself to losing weight a dozen times. I always do great in the begining, then have a set back that turns into an entire back slide. I'm learning to not give up entirely, but to do better the next day/meal. I can't deprive my self of anything or else I end up going overboard when I do allow myself. I'm learning to keep busy. My worst food moments come with boredom, and certain food combination. If I have a soda then I want something salty to go with it, which makes me drink more soda. Then I need a sweet to offset all the salty. I'm learning to love my body. It may not look like perfect, but I'm healthy, happy, and am glad to be fully functional.
