Well, here I go again. 53 and still on the roller coaster. I know I fit into the guidelines for weight, but don't feel good where I am right now.

My husband and I moved last June to a more rural area in Md and I love it, but haven't connected much. My goal is to connect with a church and bible group and running friends here.

Hi!
Welcome to the Runner Girls United team. Love the pic of your pup on the stairs...absolutely adorable! We have the same goal weight....I've been there once, but couldn't maintain so I'm back on the trail to 115 again. Tough going, but I won't give up...how about you? Love to pick your brain for some advice for a first time Half racer...

Hi Kathy
I run races when I can, 5 kids keep me pretty busy! I've done 3 marathons now over the last few years and like the 10 milers. I try to do Annapolis 10 and some others. There are usually just too many 5ks around that I don't have the time for! I do find that signing up for races keeps me more motivated. I'm signed up for a spring marathon now. What races do you do?
