My Goals:
Ideally, I'd like to be at 130 pounds by the time I turn 30.



Realistically, I'd like to lose as much or as little as possible at some point before I'm 75. :)

My Program:
I do cardio and weights (elliptical and a Body Bar/resistance bands) at least three times a week.

I've recently discovered Chalene Johnson's workouts and I'm a convert!

Congrats on taking the next step to reaching a healthier you by getting MORE active with SparkPeople - it's a great community, wonderful resources and fantastic support- it's also lots of fun and easy to make friends because we're all in this together.

As for the blogging issue, YOU get to decide what to blog about and it doesn't have to be deeply personal if you feel uncomfortable with that!! There are many purposes for blogging and you can use it to establish relationships with others by blogging about many things in your life but choosing what to share since it is public. For instance, I've been on a trip and written quite a few 'travel' blogs - that helps me stay focused on SP and helps my SparkFriends keep track of what's going on in my life but it's not like 'group therapy' or deeply personal revelations that I tend to keep to myself or share in a more private way. There is also a personal journal option here so I can use that or offline writing to deal with the more private types of journaling. I think you'll find it easier after you've done a few - I wish you the best on your journey!!!
