Weight Training - alternate upper/lower Monday-Saturday. Yoga on Sunday

I haven't always been overweight. My normal weight up until 10 years ago was 130, and sometimes less. I used to be very athletic, and I have nothing to blame but myself for letting this happen.

I do all my working out at home~pop in a video or jump on the elliptical while the kiddos are working though usually I wait until evening anyway!
