I refuse to quit!
I had surgery for my plantar fasciitis & heel spur August 18th - Recovery has been slow. I hired a personal trainer - began 12/23/2010 for some encouragement and accountability. Food is my greatest challenge, with a teenager and a man (who can eat anything) in the house.

My Program:
Exercise: Personal Trainer once weekly. Cardio 30 minutes 7 days a week Weight Training - alternate upper/lower Monday-Saturday. Yoga on Sunday

35 year old wife and homeschooling mother from Upland CA.
Other Information:
I haven't always been overweight. My normal weight up until 10 years ago was 130, and sometimes less. I used to be very athletic, and I have nothing to blame but myself for letting this happen.
