How have you been. I have been thinking about you. I see you are putting in losts of excersise. Good for you. I will be getting back to that here real soon . I miss it. Since I moved at the end of September I don't have a place to ride my bike. That was my favorite thing to do. I have a stepper that my son in law brought to where I live now but I have to move it into my room and doctors orders right now I am not allowed to lift anything. I can only do light scretches as I threw my back out. I have been on vicodin, which makes me nausous. I do my best to stay away from it until my back pain overwhelms me. Hi friend! Thanks so much for checking in...all is well here! I am excited about signing up for my first 10k race...it's happening in less than 2 weeks! Yikes!! The scale has been slow moving lately, but I can see the inches disappearing! The fat to muscle conversion is COOL!!
Try baking chicken breasts in salsa...then add a mixture of black beans and corn (if you want) and serve over brown rice with a salad. Let me know what you think.
