I felt well trained enough to drop that from my schedule as I focused on my running... ten pounds later - I have started logging again. It is tough to face, but for me the only way for me to ever lose weight is to log religously. So here I go - again. After maintaining 150-155 for the last 18 months+ I am now back up at 160 and that has got to end! So, now that I am done with the big 26.2 it is time to focus on cross training, strength training, and eating clean and correct! 140's here I come! Post Half Marathon 08/18/09 After a two week hiatus following my Half Marathon (wahooo i did it!), I am back on track!!! I want to get some of this weight off and continue improving my running endurance. Spark, spark buddies, and running have drastically changed my life and allowed me to accomplish things I never thought possible! I look at myself and my potential in a whole new light, it is amazing what we are capable of!!! New Start 01/05/09 Okay, got off kilter a little there working two jobs and dealing with holiday hectic-ness. . . back on track for the new year and definitely not going to do the second job next holiday season - too stressfull!!! Anyways, I gained about 7lbs and got way off track! Counting calories and committing to exercise was really working, so I am getting back to it! Next step is to plan some races so I have something to shoot for! Wish me luck and holler at me if you need support, the more the merrier and I always need new friends! Good Luck to all of us!!! Initial Intro 04/08 Hi All, I have been trying (and semi-suceeding) to eat and live a healthier lifestyle. I have gotten into running a little and doing small races and eating healthier. I have trouble with consistency and need extra motivation, I am hoping this site will keep me on track!

Athletics: Run 3-4x a week, cross train 2x, and do my push up challenge 3x a week Food: Track food as much as possible... When I track, I behave! Life: I need to learn to be happier with me, to love who I am and let myself acheive all of the things I deserve.

I am an interior designer for commercial office buildings. I love to read, watch movies, be active, and spend time with my friends, family, and my puppy :P

I have the cutest dog ever and she is so super smart! Go Ginger!!! She needs to lose a pound or two herself!!!
