Disabled but enabled. Fight to be fit.

I newly became disabled and want to get fit change the way ~I eat and be healthy. I have a cat called sinbad and 7 grandchildren, (yes they have a telly). I do craft ie crosstitch. I need help. Would be grateful for any help to keep me on track please xxx

So far have been shopping to get a lot of fruit and vegetables and low fat food.
lose at least a pound a week.

I live outside of Portsmouth.

Other Information:
I love animals and have a cat.
Movies/Cinema or dvds- love action and adventure, horror and comedies plus Sci-fi. Not much into romance films unless part comedy. Books are the same. I also do crosstich, latchook and embroidery.

Just wanted to pop in and encourage you to get out and enjoy summer! When autumn comes (too soon where I live) I always think of the things I WISH I had done so...

Go on a picnic, Go for a walk, Visit the zoo or beach, Swim, Fish, Camp, Play Croquet, etc.
