It's time to update my page and think of some new goals. The weight is sticking; I just can't seem to lose any. I guess I need to mix things up a bit.


My to do:

* Journal -- log each and every bite that goes into my mouth (This was my key to success in the past. I got cavalier and let it slide.)

* Exercise -- Karate is great -- Sensei pushes us every class, but 2 hours a week just isn't enough. I joined a gym so I can use the pool and attend classes. I love pilates and want to try Zumba.

*** Strength training - I will re-incorporate weight training into my workouts. I got spoiled at bootcamp - I went in and followed the circuit - I didn't have to think. I have the equipment at home - NOW is the time to create my own circuit training.

*** Walking -- Add 30 minute walks every day. That shouldn't be too much on my foot.

* Reduce computer time!!
* Water -- minimum 8 glasses daily (I've forgotten that too)

I'm ready for a new and improved ME. No more excuses!!

    TY for your comment on my feed - DH is home - no heart attack it could be the tail of end of that virus going around exhausted him or muscle spasms they also though Reflux too - will have another nuclear stress test and echo cardiogram to make sure the stent is OK!

    NEVER A DULL moment in the last 13 months for sure!

    Hi mary

    Yes I am taking time to re-group and re-coup! I am transitioning out so to speak and have all the pies to give my workers as ell.

    I am running the gamut of emotions to say the least and at least I know already how much I will get on unemployment and I am reworking the budget - we know what we will give up and NOT give up ROFL not giving up the housekeeper or our weekends away especially since we get one night free all the time!

    Celebrating our 34th anniversary this weekend and having a wondreful time even though there are TONS of Green Bay Packer fans at the hotel ROFL!
