i'm attempting to lose the remaining 150pounds that i have left before my goal. between Oct. 5th and Dec 20th of 2006, i lost 40 pounds with the help from Spark! Christmas proved to be my downfall...then January came and my husband and i separated...then February came and i wallowed in my misery...then March flew by...
so i gained back 3 pounds, which isn't bad- but i aim to melt some serious poundage here in the next months to come...."be prepared" is all i have to say to those stubburn fat cells.

-Total loss for Oct 06: 15 lbs!
-Total loss for Nov 06: 11 lbs.

certain weight milestones mean alot to me, so i get special rewards:

-295lbs. (75 pounds lost) - a new outfit!
-270lbs. (100 pounds lost) - Cook's Essentials cookware set
-220lbs. (150 pounds lost) - $150 shopping spree on eBay!
-170lbs. (200 pounds lost) - boob job!
-150lbs. (goal) - trip to the Bahamas!

-Fast Food (even salads)
-canned soup (my former favorite go-to meal)
-frozen dinners
-pizza (only homemade)
-popcorn (only 100 calorie bags)

-only 1 diet soda/week on Sundays



REMEMBER- Spark's exercise log is set up for the average 150lb person--so if you weigh more or less than that, you will burn more or less calories doing the same ammount of work!

My Goals:
Ultimate goal: 150 lbs.

4th of July goal: 295lbs.

New Year's goal: 245lbs.


when i reach my ultimate goal of 150 pounds, my Mom has planned a trip to the Bahamas!! i've never been comfortable in a bathing suit, so i've always avoided hot sunny places where you wear bikinis...i can't "weight" to go and show off my new bod!

also, i'd like to learn Golf- so i'm using that as motivation. when i reach my goal weight, i'll take lessons!


My Program:
-1 gallon of water per day.

-fresh fruits and veggies EVERYDAY.

-no pork.

-nothing fried.

-no fast food.

-i go to YMCA 3-4 days per week.

-total of 3 hours of cardio per week minimum.
