Hello Tiffany and WELCOME TO SP!
This is the perfect place to hold yourself accountable and track everything that passes your lips and every step you take! Isn't it nice to know you are on your way to control, confidence, and a sexier, healthier you!!! You are in the right place!

Don't HOPE....KNOW....BELIEVE....YOU WILL!!!!!! It won't always be easy...but it is worth it. And you will have really crappy days and weeks...but they come and go! Just get back on track as soon as possible and keep going. That's the key! Forgive yourself and keep going. Don't spend so much time looking in the rearview mirror that you don't see and experience the amazing journey in front of you. KNOW this is forever...not a quick fix. Learn, be self-sufficient and stand up for yourself. This is your body...you CAN do this! The wedding is a great first goal...spend a couple minutes everyday visualizing yourself there at your goal weight....what are you wearing...are you smiling? How do you feel? Keep that passion alive and if you can make a collage of your goals and visions and keep it someplace you can see it everyday, I highly recommend it! 80% of what you put on a goal poster/vision board happens!!!!

Don't get overwhelmed by the 50! Just take each day as it comes....plan, prepare, and work hard....after awhile it becomes second nature. Ask for help when you need it...but search for answers as well. This is your life!

Congrats on taking the first step into changing your life to a more healthier one by joining the site. Spark is filled with amazing people that will motivate, support and encourage you on your journey. There is so much to learn and discover here, but don't let it overwhelm you. Just take this one day at a time. A couple of things I would like to suggestion to make you Spark experience a great one.

1. Make goals for yourself. Each month I make a list of what I want to accomplish that month and break them down to smaller goals to work with week by week. This way the BIG picture doesn't seem so big.

2. Join Spark teams. There are tons of teams here and you will be able to find ones that fit to what you like or want in a team.

The key to success here is to be active and you've already started by joining. You will find that everyone is willing to help you out if you need it. Spark friends are here for support, motivation and encouragement. Good luck on your journey to a healthier lifestyle! Again, welcome to the SP family!
