My First Diet
I am on a diet to reduce my cholesterol & blood pressure, as well as to drop a few pounds along the way! My doctor & nutritionist have given me a specific diet to follow, so I am not using the meal plans here. However, the "FOOD TRACKER" tool is *AWESOME* and I am using it to track my daily food intake, calories, fat grams, carbohydrates, and proteins. My biggest markers of success will be my cholesterol and blood pressure readings, moreso than my weight. Dropping 2 ...
