Hi Tiffy thanks for your words of wisdom on my blog yesterday. Congrats on your weight loss. I think your ticker is the first I've seen that count fitness minutes not weight LOVE IT!!! I'm thinking that will be a great goal idea to shoot for X minutes per month instead of pounds

Hey Tiffy, thanks for stopping by. I love Kelly Coffey as well. I have a few of her workouts, but had been eying her new ones... I can't wait to get them!... I also like the fact that her workouts are not long, but are just as effective as some of the longer workouts. She definitely knows her stuff and since I am close to her age group she really motivates me.
