Hi Tiffany, thanks for everything, I know we are different but it just helps me to see how others are eating and exercising... there may be some small changes that I can make that can improve my progress.
... anyway, my journey continues and I am just taking it one day at time. Thanks for sharing your journey just seeing your before and after pics motivates me to keep going , especially when I start to doubt the validity of what I am doing!

Hey Tiffany, thanks for stopping by with that information. I have workouts by all the trainers that you mentioned, and I mix up my workouts too!. I have a more recent kettlebell workout by Gin Miller, and want to get couple of Kelly's new workouts.
How is your diet, to lose did you cut down on carbs, drink protein drinks, can you give me an example of what your diet looks like for a day?
