Weight Loss Journey

My life has been a series of ups and downs with weight. About 20 years ago I got to a healthy weight through a medically supervised diet and kept it there for 5-6 years. Two pregnancies and a stressful job later, I regained all that I had lost plus more. I am now at the age where excess weight is affecting my health and that is my motivation for once again trying to lose it.
