Hello everyone! I'm a 32 yr old female from Texas!

I had been doing very well with my weight loss, then some things have gone on and I've gained it all back and some.. so here I am.. back once again to start my life over again! I have felt horrible, not just mentally but physically. I feel like I am killing myself all over again. I have some health issues going on and worried about getting Type 2 Diabetes like my father and grandmother have. So I'm taking a stand AGAIN today and getting back on the band wagon! I'm going to start my "life change" (I won't call it diet so I won't get down or obsessed about it again). I'm going to start counting my calories and doing more exercise. I HAVE NO MORE EXCUSES. I have plenty of DVD's, Wii games, and ONLINE support / stuff to do so there is NO EXCUSES!!!

I recently moved to San Antonio, TX area so I'm not able to go to my old gym with the people back home that encouraged me to stay on track. So finding new support here has been a struggle but a blessing at the same time.

I Like to hear/read/ talk about encouraging things, peoples life stories, and to hear what keeps them going! Talking is part of the overall body changing process! Talk it out! It may help you to hear some encouraging things!

My Goals:
My over all goal is to hit 150 lbs! I haven't been close to that weight in sooo long and I'm soo looking forward to it. My current "mini-goal" is to get under 200 lbs. Haven't been under 200 since I was in High School.

My Program:
Daily walks in the evening when it is cooler. *sometimes I walk in the heat too but not too bad* Write down calories and exercise *calories in, calories out*, drink at least 72 oz of water a day!
