This Momma's Life and Journey!
I am the Momma of 4 little turkeys 6 and under and the wife of one AWESOME hubby. He has lost over 50 lbs and inspired me to start on my own wellness journey. It's definitely not easy some days-especially trying to eat healthy with 4 little kids! I am starting slow and much to my surprise I am VERY much enjoying working out! I actually LOVE lifting! It's definitely not easy some days-especially trying to eat healthy with 4 little kids! I am starting slow and much to my surprise I am VERY much enjoying working out! I actually LOVE lifting! Had some issues with an old knee injury, but hoping to get those worked out soon so that I can start running instead of just walking or doing the elliptical all the time. My goal is to lose 30-35 lbs by April 2013. Hubby suggested that once we hit our goal weights, we take a cruise!! WHOO HOO! I was immediately on board with THAT idea! Being a stay at home Momma, I adore my babies, but a week with just my hubby/best friend is a GREAT motivator! :) He hinted that he would like me to wear a bikini but we will have to see about that. 4 kids in 5 years have a way of making a momma's belly not so cute!
