Healthy eating choices, food facts, exercises for all levels and abilities, and health tips are the main focus. The main purpose is to develop and enhance the best self. But most importantly to have fun while doing it and NOT viewing this as a chore or hurdle and embracing the oppurtunity to discover a new improved self.
