    Hi Tiffany!

    I hope you are having a successful weekend! I'm popping in to tell you that we would love to see you in SparkNashville's Town Square. We are preparing a Meet & Greet for February 13th.

    I had lunch with my co-leader, Dawn, on Friday and we are considering signing up for the Music City 1/2 Marathon in April - sheesh, I've got a lot of work to do in order to accomplish that so I need to step up my exercise minutes!

    I'm working tonight and preparing for a very crucial and potentially life changing interview in the morning. I went to Zumba this morning though, if that counts :)

    My arms aren't toned and slender either, but I'll be patient and hope for the best. They seem to be shrinking VERY slowly. For example, my legs might go down an inch when I lose a few lbs, but my arms will shrink by a quarter of an inch if that. However, the small changes seem to be adding up over time. I probably won't have the arms in my dreams, but I hope the saggy chicken wings disappear or reduce until they won't make me feel self consciousness anymore.

    My favourite arm exercises: tricep dips with my legs stretched instead of bent, push ups (Hate them, but you feel the burn!), speedbags, and kickbacks with heavy weights.

    Also keep in mind that the skin takes time to shrink. Surgeons always tell people to wait for month to years before considering surgery, so hope for the best but start saving just in case.
