My name is Tiffany...I am a pre-nursing major at Georgia Military College, and will transfer into ABAC's (Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College) nursing program in the fall. I have four core classes to take...yay :)

I am 4'11 and gained 25 lbs my senior year in high school (2003) and weighed 130 lbs. After graduation I began using Tae Bo Live (original) and lost 20 lbs by my birthday in October 2003. Since then my weight has stayed steady at 110-115 lbs but still have my problem ...

I am 4'11 and gained 25 lbs my senior year in high school (2003) and weighed 130 lbs. After graduation I began using Tae Bo Live (original) and lost 20 lbs by my birthday in October 2003. Since then my weight has stayed steady at 110-115 lbs but still have my problem areas in my hips, thighs (and now the tummy too!). I started working out to Cathe Friedrich's DVDs and from February-March 2009 I lost 5" just in my tummy with Cathe's workouts.

My current goals are to slim down, tone and to improve my physique with strength training and regular cardio.

I have been an on-again, off-again exerciser for the last several years and love exercising, but I easily burn out... however I have started a collection of fitness DVDs and am attending fitness classes to keep challenging my mind & body! I am taking Zumba, Jazzercise, Kickboxing, and Cardio Blast classes at a local fitness center.

I am an avid Cathe fan (www.cathe.com) and her DVDs make a regular appearance in my rotations :) I also like Tae Bo, and am using Jillian Michael's Burn Fat Boost Metabolism workout as well.

I couldn't have done all this without the motivation & support of my extended SP family, particularly those from the Tae Bo & Cathe teams. These ladies are wonderful!!

Thanks for the sweet comment on my photo, that was taken on the first day in FL. We had a great time, and didn't get too sunburned. The tan I did manage on my chest, back and shoulders is starting to peel
