Starting again

I never really struggled with my weight, I ran cross country and I was a gymnast. Then one day I rolled my car and spent the next 6 months in a wheel chair. Talk about killing my metabolism. I know the road isn't easy, but I have travelled it before and know I can succeed. I have finally reached the point again where nothing but success is an option.

Thanks for the add and for stopping by to visit my blog and taking the time to comment. The 'we' is my DH and I, it would be great if we made it a daily thing but he doesn't care for my pace so we only do it sometimes. Last year there was about 3 weeks that we went 5 days a week and it got to where I was almost able to run most of the 2.33 mile route that we take. Anyways I am rambling.

Congrats on the weight you have already lost and keep pushing through.
